Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services is performing renovations to an existing 75,000sf steel frame and masonry structuring, transforming it into a 125,000sf, multi-story climate controlled self-storage facility. The scope of work included the raising of the roof from 16ft to 24ft clear in order to accommodate a new mezzanine level, expanding the overall square footage by 60,000sf. The building was fitted out with 800 interior units and all new MEP, life safety and security systems. |
