Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services provided construction management services for Grand Street Development on the construction of an 8,600sf, 4-story, 7 unit residential building. The new residential facility provides six spacious one-bedroom apartments and a studio. They feature a kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace. The first floor is made up of a lobby and a studio, while the remaining floors house one bedroom apartments.
All kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances and finished with oak wood floors throughout, two toned kitchen cabinets, featuring walnut uppers and gray lowers, Caesar stone countertops, herringbone white ceramic tile backsplash and Bosch washer and dryer. The bathrooms feature Moen faucet, deep walnut vanity, marbled Caesar stone backsplash and vanity top, white ceramic tiled walls, light gray cement finish floor tiles and dark slate square floor tiles. |
