Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services has been retained to provide construction management services for the construction of a new boutique rental community known as The Vestry. Working closely with respected developers, Sterling Properties and Greenwood Development, Hollister will deliver a 46-upscale rental facility, fitting perfectly in the heart of downtown Montclair’s eastern gateway.
The five-story apartment building will feature a bold red brick and glass facade and will provide a mix of studios and one-two and three-bedroom residences, some with spacious outdoor balconies. Residents will enjoy various amenities including an indoor and outdoor rooftop lounge, Zipcar, covered parking and a bike share program.
The new community will also include approximately 1,600sf of ground floor retail space and will feature a sustainable and environmentally friendly design, allowing the facility to achieve LEED Silver Certification. |
