Project Summary:
Hollister is providing construction management services for the repositioning of the former 7-story Seaport Inn in Lower Manhattan, a landmarked building, as a 45,000sf, 66-key boutique property, Mr. C Seaport. The hotel will feature an aesthetic that reflects the brand's European style and nautical references.
When complete, the 66-guestroom hotel will include 10 suites with balcony terraces, on-site amenities including a lobby lounge with two bars, private function space, fitness facilities and a Cipriani Italian dining venue.
The property's interior is being completely reconstructed, while its distinctive red brick façade will be maintained, receiving only minute upgrades. Situated in the Seaport District's dining, retail and entertainment region, this will be the first Mr C Hotel in New York. |
