Hollister Construction Service completed a full reconstruction of an outdated building, transforming it into the new home for Common Lot, a two-story, 3,182sf restaurant with an outdoor patio. The restaurant offers a casual, yet upscale experience and seats approximately 62 guests.

Common Lot's upstairs serves as a dining room and a library for the treasured collection of cookbooks owned by Australian executive chef, Ehren Ryan. The first floor dining area seats 38 and includes a "Chef's Table", which seats four and gives those diners an intimate view of the culinary team at work.

The restaurant features expansive windows, allowing plenty of sunlight into the space. It also gives outside onlookers a view to the full kitchen and a chance to admire the chef and his team do what they love to do. The interior is also complemented by its open and airy feel and an operable windows that retract.

The restaurant structure was given a historic look consisting of an exterior skin of distressed brick and stucco, topped with a pyramid-shaped seeing roof. A black sheep logo, proudly representing the Common Lot, is mounted on the side of the building. The restaurant is also handicapped accessible.
