Christopher A. Johnson, a principal of the firm, oversees the day-to-day operations of the construction services practice. Dominick Aquilina has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees the construction management services of the New York office. Mr. Aquilina develops new business for the firm and maintains quality relationships with existing clients. Since establishing the New York Office in 2009, he has grown business substantially. His focus on client satisfaction and open communication ensures that projects are executed with efficiency and professionalism. Mr. Aquilina monitors every phase of the construction process in New York, beginning with preconstruction, and works hands on with project managers and field operations to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and, often, under budget.

Jack Pross has over 28 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He joined Hollister Construction Services in 2008 as a Project Manager and quickly honed his leadership skills transitioning to a Senior Project Manager, and ultimately to his current role as a Project Executive in 2012. His experience ranges from hands-on field work to acting as a liaison between clients, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors. His knowledge of the field is expansive, and his systematic and organized approach allows Mr. Pross to to lead an experienced team of Project Managers and deliver successful projects on time and under budget. Prior to joining Hollister Construction Services, Mr. Pross spent nearly 20 years with Bellemead Development Corporation/ Later BCC and Belle Construction. He further developed his foundation at T.F. Segedin Associates, March Associates and Carson & Roberts Site Construction.

Robert Sander has 38 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Mr. Sander’s broad experience in Design and Construction Management encompasses corporate office facilities, industrial, multifamily residential, educational, retail, mixed use and adaptive re-use projects. Mr. Sander joined Hollister Construction Services with extensive knowledge of LEED certification procedures, as well as an advanced degree in civil engineering. He has managed two LEED Silver Certified Projects, as well as a state-of-the-art bio-filtration storm water management project. His knowledge of the field is expansive, and his inherent attention to details allows Mr. Sander to guide his team to deliver successful projects safely, on schedule, and, often, under budget.
