Project summary:
Hollister provided construction management services to the Morris County Golf Club (MCGC) on the renovation and expansion of their facility. Built in 1894, MCGC made the decision to renovate 20,000sf of its current space and expand vertically with a 2,500sf addition.
The space was transformed into a modern facility, providing its guests with many new amenities including a ballroom, terrace room, living room and a conservatory. It also features a boardroom and various uncovered and covered terraces.
The second floor addition houses a women’s lounge and wardrobe area, women’s locker room, corridors and a balcony. The scope of work also included the installation of a new 3-story elevator, finished with all custom millwork.
The project team worked closely with MCGC and project consultants to ensure the vision for the new renovated facility was achieved. The facility made its grand re-opening in time for the new season. |
