Project summary:
Hollister Construction Services was retained as CM by leading and fast-growing cloudbased field service and fleet management software company, Workwave. Hollister collaborated closely with Workwave and project consultants, developing an approach for the planning, design and interior construction of their future corporate headquarters, located in the iconic Bell Works building in Holmdel, NJ.
Consisting of 72,000sf of space over the fifth floor of POD 2, Workwave's new headquarters accommodates 150+ employees. Workwave also ha the option to expand and take an additional 72,000sf of space in the same floor of POD 2 as they continue to grow.
The new headquarters comprises of an open-collaborative environment featuring high-end finishes throughout and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Amenities include executive offices with boardrooms, general offices, demonstration product areas, conference and meeting rooms, cafeteria and pantry, two reception areas, bathrooms and additional support group spaces.
The new home also provides its employees with some cools perks. A recreation room fully equipped with the latest gaming consoles, ping pong, and a basketball hoop game center entertains staff during breaks and lunch. The new space also accommodates new mothers, providing them with a mother's room for privacy. |
