Project summary:
Hollister was retained by Vision Real Estate Partners to construct Warren Hill, a 19,000sf amenity hub in Warren, NJ. The new stand-alone community amenity hub will provides tenants with a lifestyle that supports today’s work/play theme.
The new state-of the-art amenity hub features an indoor and outdoor patio dining, multifunction conference areas, collaborative open spaces, fitness center with locker rooms and full basketball court.
A unique element of the project was the construction of a green roof providing seating and event space for business and social gatherings, along with an outdoor amphitheater. It features high-end contemporary lines, luxury finishes and abundant use of glass to maximize natural light throughout the new, state-of-the-art amenity building. |
