Project Summary:
Hollister partnered with American Dream School (ADS) and Highmark School Development to lead the design and construction of a permanent high school facility for students and teachers.
The American Dream School High School will be a new 5-story, 33,000sf charter school in the Historic Grand Concourse District of the Bronx, NY. The new educational facility will house ADS high school students and provide various amenities including a chemistry science lab, gymnasium on the top floor, outdoor learning terrace, multipurpose room on the first floor and ample classrooms.
The school is slated for completion in time for the 2020 academic school year, accommodating 324 students. Enrollment is expected to grow over the comings years to 450 students. The ground breaking ceremony marked a special milestone bringing together the founder, the Board of Trustees, ADS students, teachers and parents and entire community. |
