Project Summary:
Hollister was retained as construction manager to perform an interior fit-out of two medical office suites in the second floor of 345 Main Street, also known as the Madison Professional Center.
The new medical suites total 9,500sf and feature:
- a new lobby
- reception and waiting area
- standard and medical examination rooms
- private offices
- Doctors office and
- shared common facilities including a conference center, employee break room and x-ray room.
The two-story medical building is now home to two new physician groups—an orthopedic services group and a hand and arm treatment facility. |
