Hollister has been retained by real estate development firm, DH Property Holdings, to deliver a Class-A industrial warehouse facility for last-mile distribution tenants in Brooklyn, NY. Located across from Red Hook Park by the waterfront, 55 Bay Street will consist of 83,000sf and will cater to retailers looking to expand their e-commerce supply chain platforms and third party logistics companies.

The new 1-story industrial warehousing facility will have 36-foot-clear ceiling heights and a mezzanine level in the southern portion of the building. It will also have 54-foot by 54- foot column spacing, one loading dock for every 3,500sf and floor loads in excess of 700 pounds per square foot. In addition, this premier space, will include office and industrial space, 20 truck parking spaces and approximately 19,300sf for general parking/loading area.

Hollister has retained design firm Ware Malcomb, geotechnical consultant, Langan Engineering, site civil engineer, Bohler Engineering, structural engineer, SMBH, Inc., and as expeditor JM Zoning.

The project is expected to be completed in July 2020.
