Project Summary:
Hollister has been retained by DO & CO New York Catering, Inc., an international company involved in airline and event catering to perform various improvements to their existing facility in Jamaica, Queens.
The scope of work is being performed in three phases consisting of two new loading bays and compactor room in phase I; new two-story building with six new loading bays in Phase II; and construction of new 2nd floor in Phase III.
Phase III will also involve the fit-out of the new space including a new lobby, open office space and workstations, private offices, a conference room, a loading dock, an IDF closet, coolers, freezers, restrooms, locker rooms, a cafeteria, and an elevator. |
