Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services completed the first phase of renovations for Tipico Products in Lakewood, NJ. The renovated space will house new tenant, Maestri D’Italia, Inc., a provider of authentic European deli meats, imported from Italy, Spain and Germany. The renovated space will serve as their first and only meat cutting and wrapping facility in the United States.
The state-of-the-art facility features 20,450sf of main floor space and a newly added 5,000sf mezzanine level. It includes
- General and private offices
- Break room
- Locker room
- Restrooms
- Temperatured controlled freezer rooms
- Cooler space
- Dry storage
- 4,000sf refrigerated wrapping and prep rooms
- Shipping office and receiving area
Phase two will consist of performing interior renovations to Tipico’s cheese cutting, processing and wrapping facility totaling 28,000sf. |
