Project Summary:
Hollister has been retained as construction manager by Sunstone Hotels Morristown, LLC to construct a 7-story, 86,000sf hotel at 14 & 30 Bank Street in Morristown, NJ. The project is expected to break ground this fall.
Located one block away from the Morristown Green, the boutique hotel will feature:
- 114 guestrooms
- 2,500sf upscale restaurant and lounge
- 1,500sf conference space
- penthouse suites with balconies overlooking the revitalized Market Street promenade below
- fitness center and
- ground floor retail space
This project will be a one-of-a-kind opportunity to build and contribute toward a unique boutique hotel in historic Morristown.
