Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services has been retained as general contractor by Waypoint Residential to build a new luxury apartment building in Hackensack, NJ, known as Walcott Residential. Two adjoining properties, previously office and warehouse space, will be transformed into a 372,000sf multifamily community.
Walcott Hackensack will stand six-stories tall and feature a total of 235 luxury units on the top four floors and dedicated parking on the first two. Residents will also have access to a landscaped pool deck, a community lounge, a fitness center, an entertainment room and a pet facility.
