Project summary:
Hollister was retained by SwimQuest to provide construction services for the construction of a new 10,000sf stand-alone swimming school in Millburn, NJ.
Offering top notch swimming lessons in a unique underwater inspired aquatic center, the new facility features various state-of-the-art amenities and unique finishes.
SwimQuest Millburn includes a 2,000sf custom pool with specialized filtration equipment and salt water, an 18ft by 90ft sea life mural in the pool area, two custom one of-a-kind fish tanks and a rock formation shower tunnel.
Other features include a rock wall with waterfall, a koi pond with viewing bridges, custom changing rooms, bathrooms with showers and a unique custom blow bar. The main area includes a second custom fish tank, a glass viewing wall into the aquatic center and a unique walnut “live edge” with turquoise inlay reception desk.
In 2017, Hollister provided design-build and construction management services to SwimQuest for the interior construction of a 29,000sf aquatic and fitness center in Tinton Falls, NJ. |
