Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services provided construction services for the renovation of an 85-year old factory building, converting it into a 100,000sf, 4-story and cellar self-storage facility with 1,109 interior units. The scope of work entailed the construction of a new single-story 600sf office and 4,000sf loading bay.
Three existing elevators were demolished and decommissioned and a duplex elevator installed. The facility’s new design also required the installation of new systems including a TPO roof, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm and electrical. |
